OK... So this is going to be trial and error for a little bit to get things started the way I want.. I am going to modify a couple of diets that I have done in the past that really worked for me and try to get them to work wioth my life now. The Atkins diet had a lot of raves but at the same time was getting a lot of heat... and the alli diet combined with that seemed to work really well... I am wondering how the Accai pills work and think I am going to start that this morning with the colon clenser and hope that for the next 30 days I will see some results... If not.. I am going to go back to alli and go with that. I started the Gym on monday and am going 3x a week and will increase that as I get the stamina and my body doesnt hurt the way it does (Hehehehe) It feels good to feel the burn though... my abs and my legs havent been worked like this in quite some time! But with a newly diagnosed diabetic in the house and us both being over weight.. our health needs to be looked at and for our kids it needs ot be addressed! Wish me luck!
