Uggh. I know why this is the way it is. Part of it is my fault, for not being 100% on plan all week. Part of it is the lousy sleep I've had this week. And finally, shark week. I will say, though I knew this was coming (not this much though, honestly) I am getting rather tired of this yo-yoing in the 170s. This time last year I was dealing with this in the 190s. I was stuck for what felt like forever. I've been trying to get into the 160s since like October.. Idk. I probably just need a few good weeks, where mother nature doesn't interfere, I get better sleep, and I do not give into temptations.
