I stepped on the scale this morning and low and behold I gained 300g. However I could not be happier. I am eating right, I have managed to go to the gym at least 3 times this week, I feel energetic, I am getting things done efficiently at work. I have given it my best and I am satisfied and will continue on the journey. I reckon the 300g is water retention from gym weight sessions. New scale that was sitting in my cupboard is good,happy with that. Off to enjoy the weekend.
