I was so happy to see i my weight drop from 185 to 177.6 last week.
Today on may 24 im upset cause i only lost 1.5 whaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I want to lose at least 5 lbs a week. Any1 read this n can give me some tips.
79.8 kg 지금까지 감소한: 4.1 kg.    남은양: 20.9 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
주 2.4 kg 감소하기

why so much karisa 2 lbs a week is good exercise more mayb will help !!!!

Karisa how are you? I ate so bad today I was with clients working and they took me to have mexican ugh by 71 st......How are you?

I'm a little happy i lost 3lbs. eeeeeewwwwwwww 71st......not to good that neighborhood. u come to me u will eat good n not bad stuff hehehehe. I'm willing to cheat though . All this yummy food around me whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Im waiting for uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.
