No loss this week, but I am feeling more energetic--even went snowshoeing a couple of times and shoveled off roof and decks and chipped ice....but hey, it's exercise and outdoors!!!!

I'm usually more of a couch potato...but if I can get outside either shoveling or chipping ice or snowshoeing...I enjoy that as it's a challenge, but to walk on the treadmill to nowhere, I just can not do more than 20 minutes, if that....and even wearing my pedometer keeps me more motivated because I know steps don't accumulate when I'm watching TV.....today did the Walmart shuffle and running around...steps already up to 6,000...Yay!!! Thank you for watching!!!
