Time to try something different. I've been trying to not snack, that fails. have had some large meals, also been sick, etc, but those are excuses. Should be easier next week as I return to work, instead of hanging around the house and pantry all day. Today and Fridays in January will be Fasting Fridays.

I just looked at the Paleo diet website. Since i am a vegetarian, all i would be eating is nuts, egg whites, fruits, vegetables, and oils. I would not be getting any protein. So it's just too restrictive for me. In terms of carbs, fruits and vegetables would be the only carbs I get, as you are not allowed to have dairy or grains. I need carbs due to my hypothyroidism, so Paleo is just not for me.
