OK, I'm not gonna lie. The holidays were a big obstacle for my goals. Well, not the holidays, but my choices during the festivities!! Beginning with a family wedding in early November and on through many gatherings up to today, in retrospect I wish I'd tried a little harder. Having said that, I am down 65 lbs. since exactly one year ago, so I do have something to be proud of. I just need to get back in the saddle! Happy New Year!!!
