Starting to hit a plateau. It's becoming frustrating. After losing 30 pounds I need to rethink my approach to get things going again. Changing things up today...Fading away from the weight lifting and doing more straight cardio. Jogging/Walking for 30 minutes during the middle of the day and 45 minutes after work. Also cutting out the amount of bread in my diet and spreading out my small meals. Hopefully this helps get me past this pressure point.
