Thanks, SMP. How are you feeling today? I had a moment of extreme hi yesterday when my mammogram came out ok. Every year we have to go through that. It is like awaiting the result of a biopsy, every year and call it routine test...Anyway...Soooo, I bought this "reward" in the shape of Russell Stove's choc.peanuts....do not know it that is culprit but in two day I went back up 2 again...I hate these fluctuations...
Anyway, I am writing in the hope you are recuperating fast. It is time to focus on yourself..I know it is hard. I am a mother too. Take care.

That Russel Stover is a temptation! I have trouble resisting those! 🙋🏻♀️ Glad everything’s okay with the ‘squishy’ test! (One of my least favorite!) I’m trying to remember to switch my rewards to non-food items, but it’s so hard when food tastes SO good!💁🏻♀️
