Not a bad day foodwise and a small loss, but I was feeling very down yesterday and quite tearful, not lke me at all. It could be the pain in my shoulder that disturbs my sleep by causing me to wake up several times a night, I do feel quite exhausted despite good nutrition, exercise and theoretically, enough sleep.

I also wonder if my appetite for bread is a problem. I wonder if that's what's making me feel heavy and sluggish so I'm going to try cutting it out for a few days and see how I feel.

Aw...I'm sorry you're blue. And I would say the shoulder pain could definitely affect your mood. I recall being a little angry at the thought of my body betraying me. Tell me, do you have home exercises for your shoulder? I found I made the most progress when I kicked that into high gear. You don't want to OVERdo it, but I recommend doing the stretches and wall crawls at least twice a day on non-therapy days. As for the bread...well, pretty much ANY carbs are my downfall...and yep, too much bread, especially, makes me feel heavy, bloated, constipated, out of sorts. :(
