Only lost 0.4 this week. 2nd week in a row under 1 lb. But I'm okay with it. My hubby and I spent the weekend in Baltimore. Ate at Phillips Seafood House and went out drinking. Didn't exercise this week at all, not motivated. I refuse to let this get me down, I must get the exercise in, the eating side of my diet is fine, the workout is slacking.
