I spent 30 minutes writing a note and lost it . I felt like I gained 5 pounds . Anyhow, I had chicken stir fry, shrimp, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, garlic , vegetable oil and soy sauce , I also had omelette with onions garlic , butter oregano and non sweet spaghetti meat sauce . I had water Pepsi one and a real good couple of days . Good luck to all .thanks for the support.
