Up from where I want to be, as I am struggling with shift work and the chalenges it poses. Still below goal, but this is more than I have gained in a while. Trying to adjust and figure out ways to exercise while working a 4 x12 hour shift. At night. Not bitchin' just trying to figure it out! Peace!
