I've been stuck at this weight since a few days after my previous weigh in. I don't know why I keep on sabotaging myself like this. I'm so close to double digits. I was doing this with hubby but he has completely fallen off the wagon about a month ago. It makes it a little bit more difficult when there's McDonald's, icecream, bread and chocolate in the house again but I'll just have to push through and focus on what I want. Otherwise it's back to joint pain, acne, out of control eczema, sleep apnea, mood swings, depression and anxiety to name a few.

My depression & anxiety is slowly coming back so I'll have to get myself sorted before it gets even worse. Today has been okay so far. I've planned out a snack and dinner so I should be okay the rest of today also.

Hi Nicolien I know just how you feel, my husband and son also like takeaways - but I have been on Atkins for nearly 2 months and I have taken them through the drive through for something to eat and that just does not bother me anymore - Keep your head up - you can do this

Thanks for the support Carike 😊 I'm sure that as soon as I go into ketosis again the cravings will go away.

Hi Nicolien68 i also am doing this stint of weighloss with my fiance' and he cheats like heck but i just ignore that and carry on with my plan..i know its hard but it will all be worth it..just keep diarising your food intake and keep your calories around 1200 per day, with less than 100g carbs per day also 😎thats what i am doing and its working for me. keep on keeping on. we are all here for you!!😊

Nicolien YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!! dig deep look for that ray of sunshine in your life & focus on that DON"T beat yourself up over 0.8 AND if Hubby don't support the diet to IT ONLY FOR YOURSELF & you will succeed.

Don't Give up! Feel good for yourself. I find knitting in the evening keeps my hands busy and stops me snacking while we watch TV. Think of junk food crawling with worms...tends to put you off.
