I've been stuck at this weight since a few days after my previous weigh in. I don't know why I keep on sabotaging myself like this. I'm so close to double digits. I was doing this with hubby but he has completely fallen off the wagon about a month ago. It makes it a little bit more difficult when there's McDonald's, icecream, bread and chocolate in the house again but I'll just have to push through and focus on what I want. Otherwise it's back to joint pain, acne, out of control eczema, sleep apnea, mood swings, depression and anxiety to name a few.
My depression & anxiety is slowly coming back so I'll have to get myself sorted before it gets even worse. Today has been okay so far. I've planned out a snack and dinner so I should be okay the rest of today also.
