I haven't been doing good with my eating. It's not that I don't know what to do about it. Just can't seem to get into it. I have to make a commitment to myself and get into this and me Big Time! I won't even weigh myself. I can feel it. I know I'm stressed right now but I can't use that as an excuse. I keep telling myself to get back to business. I'm just not practicing. it'll come. Be Good to myself.

One of the vicious puzzles we face is success breeds motivation, but we need motivation to start. I'm obviously no poster child for eating well. Exercise is a different story. I'm doing a little challenge with myself where I'm doing 30 pushups a day for 30 days with the goal of doing 30 without stopping. 30 pushups right now takes me about two minutes. I can spare two minutes of my life each day. Maybe I will add something else later that takes another minute or two. I may end up with 12-15 minutes of additional exercise per day. The cool thing is I don't have to do it all at once. I have 16 hours a day to fit in 15 minutes.
Start with those 2 minutes. See what happens.
