hmm this is weird.. i'm actually starting to get a little worried.. i've been back for about 6 days and i've only lost a few pounds, and i know that i'm not doing anything wrong so what could it be.. hopefully in the next week i have a big drop

1-2lbs a week is healthy weight-loss... so I would say that you've done fantastic this week, so well done. :o)

What you mostly lose during the first week of induction is water weight, so if you don't have that to lose, you are just losing pure fat, which you don't want to lose more than 1-2 lbs per week anyway if you want to keep it off. You're doing fine, as long as you're losing, just stick to the plan.
