I know there are no excuses for messing up, but i HAVE had a busy and frustrating week. And i haven't been home much, so have been eating places and things i shouldn't have. The only things they had to snack on after i donated blood day before yesterday were cookies and chips, both of which i partook, and i did drink a small bottle of apple juice there, as well as a bottle of water. It's amazing how much faster the calories go ON, as opposed to how slowly they come OFF! And i was so proud of my progress. :o( Tonight i am getting together with some friends, and we always order something to eat. I'm glad i don't drink alcohol, as i have heard that it puts weight on quickly, as well. I usually drink iced tea.
