Wow, God is so good! Traditionally birthdays and holidays can do me in, even with the BEST of intentions! Also, a couple days before payday is a pesky time because I have run out of some of the foods that are important to my success. Like the lining up of the planets or a solar eclipse--now and then the end of my pay period converges with a special occasion for food indiscretions & oh-oh, I am on shaky ground. So, I adequately indulged myself over my birthday weekend and yes, I went up a pound or so, but voilá! The occasion has past and today my weight is back on a downward trend❣️🎉
