So after a week of slim fast breakfasts and eating reasonably well I have lost some weight. I made the unwise move of shouting out my weight back up the stairs to my wife at 7am in my excitement. Needless to say she did not share my joy.
Now I just need to get through the weekend behaving myself and not going mad!
