18st 12lbs, So I haven't lost anything but the blip in the middle where I apparently went back up over 19st has gone. I'm happy enough being less than 19st for now especially after Prezzo's on Friday night.

Time to redouble my efforts this week,
Even though I am at work I promise not to graze, we are lucky enough to have a fridge in my office and it does contain bad stuff.

The bad stuff is my apprentices stash of junk food.
I have salad and diet dust in the fridge!
Lunches this week will be Covent Garden Soups.

Happy Monday people, for those that have been good well done.
For those that have been bad, a chance to start again.
