So slow it is on stop. Hahaha.
Trouble is, my foot is so bad I can hardly walk and so I am not doing much activity, that is not going to help.
My foot will have far lower urgency than the ticker, so that is back on the back burner, after waiting months for a referral and months for the pre op assessment which should have been on Tuesday.
Not worried by the number on tbe scales being printed on, as long as when it decides to change it doesn't go up.
Wild wet and windy here, duvet diving weather.
