Well yesterday was a good day, I'm down 3lbs so finally seeing a decent drop from drastically reducing my carbs:) I actually ate less then 1400 calories yesterday and wasn't hungry at all wow that has never happened. Calories won't be that low today, but trying to bring my fat up a bit and my protein down for a better keto macro.....look at me using all the jargon...lol I went for my swim last night and didn't feel any reduction in my physical energy so that good. Have an hour hike planned for tonight, really looking forward to that haven't been getting out in the bush enough this year.
