I think I found my exercise!

I just danced for 40 minutes to some of my fave 90's music. I sweated. My heart was pumping and now my feet are burning.

But I felt good. It made me feel happy. So I'm hoping this will help me to lose the weight.

On the diet side of things. Food is at 50/50 Today I made a really awesome chicken salad. It had iceberg lettuce, fried baccon, leftover roast chicken and south western ranch. Tossed it all in a salad bowl. It was very filling. One I will be making again. I did have a side dish of crinkle cut chips. But I portioned it to about a large handful.

Wish I took a photo, but I was hungry.
