Had to restart today, I'm not really sure where I've been going wrong but I now weigh more than I did when I started FatSecret about 3 years ago. I'm thinking I really do need to log my food to make me more conscious of what I'm putting in my mouth

Food planning is so important, l know exactly what I will be eating for the whole week that way you can't wonder off track. If you exercise make sure you increase your food intake a little to offset calories burnt. You have already identified that things are not working for you so that's a really good start. Try and use your journal and layout your concerns and problems that way others in the group will read and give you encouragement, support and great advice. We are all in the same position so nothing you say will come as a shock to us lol l wish you well on your journey.
