Well it's not moving...but I have been doing a lot more sitting reading and maybe that is why. I'm reading up on intermittent fasting and still have yet to try it....hmmmm....

Calling it intermittent eating feels more approachable for some. I started by finishing eating for the day by a certain time, then working that back slowly. Personally could never have jumped in at 8:16.
