At last a decent loss, l feel l had to work extra hard for it. I still have to sort out my food intake it's all over the place. I am not eating enough with all the exercise I am doing. Body is toning up nicely, legs are well sorted lol that's the beauty of cycling so much. I have decided to change my weight in to every fortnight, I think I will get a better understanding of what my body is doing that way. I have begun to cut back on carbs and each week I will reduce it more till I get a happy medium. Not got much left in the cupboard anyway. Ok guys that's me up to date with my journal. I think I will get an early night before this stupid watch tells me It's Time to Move lol. Hope you are all well and in good health take care of yourselves bye for now.
