Have averaged 3 lbs a week loss over the past three weeks. Following 100% the Take Shape for Life - Medifast 5+1 program. Total loss 30lbs and 3 more to go to goal! Exercise varies but feel much better when I get the 10,000 steps a day in. Treadmill at varying degrees of challenge 30 mins at a time, sometimes twice a day is helping. Feeling good:)
