I'm 108 now so I would like to be 100kg before Xmas . So that's my small goal at the moment . If i keep at around 1 kg a week I should be able to do it long before Xmas .

I'm averaging 720g loss a week but that's without exercise. Once the doctor gives me the go ahead I'll be walking and trying to help my body tone up. It's toning itself at the moment. lol. I use the APP My Weight HD to work out the weight numbers, averages, ETA etc. Do you use another APP?

Don't be discouraged if your weightloss starts to slow down around the 80kg mark :) It will just mean you're nearly there!!

Western I use the My Weight HD APP for the weight graphs including estimates of when I'll get there so I can see if it's a realistic goal, projections for weight and BMI, to record measurements and look at history. I can also export the data to a file.

its called "Monitor your weight" on my android phone but I only use it on my IPAD. on the IPAD its called "My Weight HD" and has a blue background, number 120 up top and a "HD" below. If I could take a photo I would.
