I have been intermittent fasting for several months now. I usually eat twice a day, around 1:00pm and 7:00pm. I love it for many reason. First, combined with keto. I have lost 49lbs in 41/2 months. Second, it is so convenient. Two meals a day, two nice filling meals a day is so much easier to deal with. Food becomes less of a focus. Third, I also much prefer to exercise in the morning in a fasted state....I honestly don't ever see myself going back to eating any other way. Good luck.
