Hi guys been really busy the last few days and not had a chance to update my journal, well my bedroom has a new lick of paint and is looking gooood , changed all the accessories and stuff like that to complete the overall picture. I got my sister to sort that part because I am a dinosaur and haven't got a clue when it comes to things like that. I have been working away steadily on my food intake and I have been told I am not eating enough, that may account for my lack of weight loss. I have stayed the same weight for the last 4 weeks even though I am cycling, walking and being active as much as the weather permits lol that's another story lol good old British Summer weather !!! Or lack of it, it's raining now as I bring my journal up to date, I will manage to do a bit of general exercise in the house (sit-ups,squats etc) but my main source of exercise my bike, till my new pedals arrive l have to make do. I broke one of my pedals lol my mates and I use that term loosely lol said it was because I was a fat ba...... lol I just chalked it up to over use ???? Still l am looking forward to receiving the pedals because I like new shiny toys lol and they will look awesome on my bike. Ok guys l'll close for now and get the kettle on and have a cuppa. I have pasta for my next meal and 5% mince, boiled potatoes with mixed vegetables later, l'll also scoff some fruit as well. Be good and keep up the good work.
