OK. Back on track here after a long winter where I gained 6 lbs! Started diet and exercise around March 14th. Weighed in this AM at 136.5! Very happy but working very hard! Exercised 3 times yesterday and ate only around 1,000 calories or less. I want to weigh around 125 again and stop my thighs from rubbing together and get that crap off my spare tire!!!!!!!!!!!!!
