I've been quiet on my journal, though I've visited the site from time to time to see how my buddies are doing. I'm relieved that the holidays and all of the food that accompanies the celebrations are over and out of the house (mostly), even though it means some dull months until spring. Although I've gone up and down a little over the past month, for me, the key has been returning to a few days where I was pretty strict about avoiding bread and booze (sounds kind of funny when I put it that way). I guess I'm also relieved to know that I didn't "blow it" over the holidays. It makes me feel more confident that this weight loss is not a fluke, and I can keep it off without always "feeling" like I'm on a diet.
