Maybe I'm at a plateau? There is really no logical reason for me to have gained this week.. I'm disappointed, even though the gain is small. I'm above my mini goal that I only barely met last week. I'm feeling like I did this past winter when I couldn't get out of the 190s. Now I am trapped in the 180s.
I am so close to goal, so these setbacks are disheartening.

Plateaus are so frustrating, but they pass, and you have done so well. You are an inspiration. I recently hit a plateau, so I skipped the gym for a few days, and upped my calories slightly, then dropped them and hit the gym hard. It reset my metabolism and My weight dropped right away.
