A little startled to see my goal weight on the scale this morning. I am quite dehydrated, so I expect to inch back up a little, but regardless it's time to start building some muscle and cutting! 🔩🤸♀️🏋️♀️I'm going to put off switching into maintenance mode until I'm consistently at my ideal weight.
