After a number of months with illness, injuries and dissolution l have restarted my efforts to reduce my weight and lead a better lifestyle. I have already had a few good rides on my bike (50mls) and I am adjusting my food intake. My main problem is my love of chocolate !!! In the last few weeks I have only had one bad day. I have recorded my weight as 110kg and I am aiming to reduce that to 90kg. Once I have achieved that weight I will reassess my goals.
