I caved on my Candida diet three times yesterday at dad's bday. I had a shot of whiskey in diet coke, a piece of no bake jello cheesecake (mom said it was made with kefir cream cheese, so it might not have been so bad), and a piece of pizza with Baby when I got home. All the APV (two shots, morning and afternoon) and fiber (alllll the veggies) must have kept me in balance. Down today, but not a new low on my yo-yo of a progress chart.
