Just wanted to give you a High Five and voice support for your efforts! I've had lots of stalls in my journey, but just kept tweaking things to make it work. Now I'm 1 lb from goal. I've taken off 40, but it took a while. I'm 57 and post menopausal, so that made an impact. You're obviously younger, with 3 kids, and can be a great role model for your kids with healthy eating! Good for you! Keep at it. You'll get there! I look back at when I started...time flies! All that matters is I've arrived near my goal and I'm going to make it. Time has made this a lifetime lifestyle. Never again will I put back on the weight. This is the new normal and I'm grateful. Go girl!
