still on the seesaw. on the down today as far as weight is concerned anyway. Off night shift feeling a little wrecked but ok mindset wise. 6lbs to target and it's proving difficult. Got to try and keep the faith and focus on one day at at time. It's nearly like being a member of AA one day at a time.
