I went to the gym for a swim. Planned to have another "recovery" day. Instead the pool was closed due to lightning in the area. Luckily I brought my tenny shoes "just in case" so instead I had a great weight, and interval workout. Worked really hard and felt great and I also got 10 min of stretching in the steam room. It's going to be a great day!
