Maintenance Stage. I really have to watch weight more now. I am so surprised how quickly pounds can return. I am trying to get lots more Protein. I may try one of the Protein mix drinks. I don't like so much cholesterol from eating more meat. Wishing everyone to have great success at their challenges​ in weight loss! Have a great weekend​ 🙌 Praise the Lord!

I keep up with you Gwen and you are doing great! Especially, knowing your challenging situation with being a caretaker and support to husband. I prayed for you both. God answers when we turn to Him with our needs and requests.
