I cannot believe 1 year ago today my amazing wife Erika brought me home from my weight loss surgery procedure. Since then I have logged every piece of food consumed and every bit of sleep and physical activity. Amazing how accountability and discipline gets you results. -519,728 Kcal later and magically 145 lbs have come off in a short 365 days. Now I feel better than ever as I haven't seen the 190's since junior high. Bring on Tahiti and my 10 year wedding anniversary trip!

Simply put I actually eat all the same things I used to. The only difference now is I don't eat as much because of my surgery. I still eat pizza, cheeseburgers, pretty much anything. The only difference now is I only eat 8 to 12 ounces at any one sitting
