I have remained the same in weight; I am not too terribly disappointed because it is at least not a gain. I had a lot of stomach trouble and drank half & half which soothes my spasms, along with meds, and indulged in lots of carbs for comfort. This week hopefully will be feeling better and will stay on phase 1 a while, with not too many salads and gassy veggies. I wish all of us luck at today's weigh in.

Maintaining is much better than a gain! You've got the right mind set, just stick to phase 1 as best as you can, and you'll be down again in no time! :)

Hey Girl! you are 3 lbs lighter for the month of December! that's a winner in my book! You're doing great! Being sick is no fun, hope you feel better now

I love your pic! how adorable! all those rug ratsX4=LOTS OF LOVE at your house! (AND COOKIES!) Man, i'm hungry! LOL I agree with Janelleas, you're kicking some butt on the scales because the graph is going down!! You done pulled out your Tae BO and kicked booty!! way to go my friend!
