Another week, another pound. Slow and steady works for me. Changes in lifestyle, exercise habits,and attitude. Well you can also throw in changes in taste, really find that the salty snacks don't call me anymore. Oh yeah they try,but I keep them at bay with a little Greek yogurt and a piece of fruit.
