I logged over the weekend. I ate a little extra on Saturday calorie and carb wise than I usually do but I was careful yesterday. I didn't gain over the weekend so I'm glad of that! I'm traveling this week for work and am armed with things I can eat. Slimfast Advanced, jerky, peanuts and water. I'll probably throw in a few cheese sticks as well. I try to take food that doesn't have to be refrigerated. I can pick where and what I want for dinner. We'll see where I am when I get back on Thursday! I look forward to finally getting under 159 where I've been stuck for several weeks.
