Ok 👌 finally hit the magic number. Might go another 5 pounds, then maintenance mode. I know it's critical to continue to journal all things that I shove into my mouth. It also is key to log my fitness activity. Otherwise I'll find it to easy to fall back to the thought process, ( well maybe not today, I'll do it tomorrow) Not gonna do it, worked hard to get here. Remember it didn't happen overnight and it isn't going to come off magically overnight.
