Holding steady another day. That's okay because I still feel like I'm taking control of my eating and being more mindful of making healthy choices. I wish I could fit in more exercise -- at least three times a week, but it seems that two times is about as much as I can do right now. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay on track over the weekend.
