So, I stayed the same. I thought this might happen because most of my workouts this past week have had weight training in them (T25 Gamma), and to be honest, I'm happy I didn't gain. Additionally, my wedding and engagement rings (that I already moved to my middle finger some time ago) have become loose this week, so I know something is happening, even if the scale isn't moving! I know that because of my exercise I should not rely on my scale entirely, but it is disheartening not seeing the numbers go down. I've got 3 weeks left of my workout program, at which point I'll be measuring and hopefully will see some progress!
