well well well all I can say is, Water is my BEST FRIEND! I was back to pushing water yesterday and dropped 2 solid lbs!! ya know for anyone having prblems with drinking water, trust me I haven't always been a fan.. but I lived in phoenix in a 118 degree summer and you kinda start to like it so you don't die. ;) but really someone once told me that if you have trouble wanting to drink water get yourself a pretty cup or glass.. or something that is your special cup and for some reason you'll want to drink from it.. I think that does help b /c I have a few "cool" drinking cups and I throw a straw in there and I'm done with my first few cups of water in no time. Also had a trainer friend tell me that you should carry a gallon of water into the office with you and keep it under your desk or whereever and that way you have no excuse to not keep filling up your water cup and just keep drinking.. but dont over do it!
I truly notice on days I do keep up and drink a fair amount of water like over 70 oz I do lose.. maybe a few oz or a whole lb or two. I havne't got back into exercise yet b/c I dont fully have the breath for it yet but I will by the weekend! Hope everyone has a great day!! that just helped me wake up a little faster!! HOORAY!
