was up to 179 yesterday. took Skippy for our 1st walk around the very hilly neighborhood. 2nd walk was today. just starting the ETDA workout. got to loose 36.5# by vacation july 14th! so far down 2.5 from yesterday.
80.1 kg 지금까지 감소한: 0 kg.    남은양: 14.3 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
주 0.8 kg 증가하기
