Well this week was not as good as I was hoping it would be. Nor was the week before. A lot of bad food choices and eating a lot of naughty foods. Though though it all, I managed to lose .4lbs. I do not know how I did it, but I did. I was so worried the last couple of days, thinking I had gained all my weight back and that I had done a horrible thing, when in reality, I had done nothing wrong and everything right. (Well, not everything, but you get the picture.)I am getting back on track and getting back to my weight loss program. I went over a bit today but that is fine as long as I stay within my 35 point extras. I can defeat this food addiction!! I will concore it till the bloody end!!
